Typhoon Signal No.8 In effect
"red" Storm Surge Warning In effect

Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 SE is still in effect, and Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.3 will be issued at 11:30am. Higos has weakened into a severe tropical storm and is gradually moving away from Macao. There will still be showers and a few thunderstorms. Winds will occasionally reach strong wind level with gusts. The public are advised to pay attention to safety.

At the same time, the water level in Macao has gradually decreased. All Storm Surge Warning Signals will be cancelled at 11:30am.
