Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.3 is issued at 11:30. Higos is further moving inland and away from Macao. There will still be showers and a few thunderstorms today and tomorrow. Winds will occasionally reach strong wind level with gusts. The public are advised to pay attention to safety.
