The tropical depression over the northern South China Sea is moving westwards towards the western coast of Guangdong. It will further develop and bring unsettled weather to Macao between Tue(18th) night and Thu(20th). There will be frequent showers and thunderstorms with strong winds and gust then. Meanwhile, under the joint effect of the astronomical high tide every morning between 18th and 21st, flooding is expected in the Inner Harbor, especially on the 19th and 20th. The maximum flooding level is expected to about 0.5m. Members of the public are advised to prepare preventive measures and pay attention to our latest weather news.
