To facilitate residents of Taipa and Coloane to handle Social Securiy Fund’s services, the Social Security Fund (abbreviated to FSS in Macao) set up full-featured service counters today (18 March) at Centro de Serviços da RAEM das Ilhas to provide services relating to the social security system and non-mandatory central provident fund system.

FSS has opened service counters at the Area of Social Security (Zone G) of the Centro de Serviços da RAEM das Ilhas, and the services include payment of obligatory system and arbitrary system contributions, payment of employment fee for non-resident workers, applications for various types of benefits and allowances, and filing objection statements of the non-mandatory central provident fund system, applications for transfer and withdrawal of funds.  It happens that the next month is a contribution month.  Residents of the Islands District can make more use of the new service points and various electronic payment options or counters of designated banks to pay contributions.

Centro de Serviços da RAEM das Ilhas is located at Rua de Coimbra, No. 225, 3.˚ andar, Taipa, and its service hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (no lunch break).
